BOOKING
Start and end times must be estimated at the time of booking, and confirmed not later than 7 days prior to the function; Any food platters and beverage requirements must be ordered no later than 7 days prior the event by e-mail (admin@meadowpark.com.au)
To confirm your booking, we may require a deposit of $200 that you can use towards food and drinks on the night.
RESPONSIBILITY
We do not accept responsibility for damage or loss of any equipment left behind at the venue.
DECORATION
You are welcome to decorate the area with balloons and banners. Nothing is to be stuck, nailed or screwed into any wall or surface without prior written permission from management.
LOUNGE AREA
We have a TV and AV system for your use with presentations. USBs must be tested prior to the event. It is not Meadow Park’s responsibility if your USB does not work on the TV.
No smoking in the lounge area. Smokers must use the designated smoking area at the venue.
CAKE
You are welcome to bring a cake and store it on the day in our fridge. No cake charges apply. No other food or beverages are to be brought into the venue without prior approval.
PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
Guests under the age of 18 are permitted to be at Meadow Park when in the company of a parent or legal guardian but must vacate by 9pm.
Organisers of the function will be held responsible for all guests under 18 years. Liquor must not under any circumstances be supplied to a minor.
Staff will refuse to serve alcohol to any guest unable to show suitable proof of age identification e.g. proof of age card, drivers license or passport.
